Ian started out on the factory floor and progressed to getting his welding ticket, running the factory, and then into purchasing and sales and is now an expert salesperson and parts interpreter. For equipment knowledge, you simply cannot go past Ian, he is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and goes out of his way to be as helpful as possible to everyone.
