Take Control of Tough Weeds
The Redback Weedwiper is your ultimate solution for targeted weed control in pastures and crops. Designed to selectively wipe weeds without harming your valuable pasture, it delivers precise chemical application to the most stubborn weeds.
Available in multiple sizes, this machine is perfect for Tasmanian farming. It’s renowned for its strength, durability, and advanced features, making it the preferred choice for Tasmanian farmers.
Why Choose the Redback Weedwiper?
1. Unmatched Durability:
Built from hot-dipped galvanised steel, the robust box-section frame ensures the Weedwiper can tackle even the toughest jobs. Its heavier construction provides superior stability and longevity compared to lighter, folded steel alternatives.
2. Precision Application:
The double-thickness wick system applies chemicals directly to weeds, minimising wastage and maximising effectiveness. A front-mounted bruise bar preps weeds for deeper chemical absorption, ensuring high kill rates.
3. Easy-to-Use Design:
From filling the 50L tank with your preferred chemical mix to adjusting the wicks for the perfect height, operation is straightforward. Attach it to your vehicle of choice—whether it’s a quad bike, UTV, or tractor—and you’re ready to go.
4. Practical Features:
- Dual arm wheel system ensures stability.
- Adjustable height up to 500mm (or 700mm upon request).
- Pivoting wings on larger models fold easily for transport and storage.
Tough on Weeds, Gentle on Pasture
Whether it’s thistles, bracken, serrated tussock, fireweed, or African lovegrass, the Redback Weedwiper is designed to tackle Australia’s most challenging weeds. Its non-drip design ensures efficient application without damaging your pasture.

They are not cheap...but ...having bought a 4.8m nearly 12 months ago I can say they are very very sturdy and effective with the right dilution and bi-directional sweeps. They are also very quick with a high kill rate...what used to take me weeks spraying can now be done in a couple of hours.

It looked like a much heavier build than everything else I looked at.

Does an excellent job on pinrush When upping the rate to 1:10 glyphosate to water, we could do an impressive job with one application
