The King and Flinders Water Infrastructure Rebate Explained


The King and Flinders Island Farm Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme supports local farmers by offering up to $15,000 in rebates for upgrading or installing on-farm water infrastructure. The scheme aims to enhance animal welfare and drought resilience on King and Flinders Islands. Eligible primary producers can receive a 25% rebate on expenses, with an additional $2,500 available for those with a drought risk management plan. Applications must be submitted via the government’s grant management system, and projects must be completed after January 1, 2024.
